When the Naruto series started, he was almost 11 years old. After the Naruto series, he was a teenager, as he was 12 years old. During the first week of the Shippuden, because of the two and half year time lapse at the start of the Shippuden, Naruto was 14 or 15 years old. In his 5 Kage Summit, he was a teenager, almost about 16 years old.

During the war, he was approximately 17 years old. In Naruto: The Last, Naruto was 19 years old. Moreover, he may be 22 to 26 years old during the blank period. Through the blank period, Boruto was five years old. After the seven to eleven years when Boruto was 12 years old when he entered the Academy. At that time, Naruto was the Hokage. Seven years shows that Naruto was 33 years old at that time. Likewise, eleven years of this time shows that he was 32 years old.

Naruto As A Teenager

At the start of the Naruto series, he is 11-12 years old. Additionally, he was 16 at 5 Kage Summit. At the time of War Arc, Naruto was 17. Last, Naruto was about 19 to 20 years old. As a teenager, Naruto was 33 years old. Boruto was approximately 12-13 years old during the Hokage Naruto’s tenure. However, about sixteen years ago, FSWW happened. So, according to the calculations, it is 33 – 16 = 17.

Powers Of Naruto As A Teenager – What Are The Abilities Naruto Possessed When He Was A Teenager?

  • Kurama chakra, before the time skip, almost 1-2 tails.
  • Rasengan at low to medium expertise.
  • Releasing wind skills at a higher rate.
  • Advance level Shadow clones.
  • Proficient Summoning skills.

Naruto was quite strong as a teenager, but he was not overpowered, at least when Kyuubi’s chakra appeared. Naruto defeated Gaara and Neji. If he won from Sasuke, it would be completely different. Naruto is just more potent than the average Genin as a kid without the Nine-Tails power. When he gets training with the Jiraiya, he may stand with the Sasuke’s abilities.

However, it’s true that the kid Naruto is powerful compared to the other Chuunin and Genin at that time. Naruto and Sasuke could defeat the ninjas such as Haku and Zabuza even if they did not have enough strength. Naruto was strong enough as a teenager, especially when Jiraiya started his training. Before his training, he ranked among the average Genin. You can say that Naruto was really at a Jonin when he learned the Sage Mode.

Naruto tries to improve the Rasengan, control his temper, and the Kyuubi Chakra during the Time skip. It aims to hide Naruto from the Akatsuki for those three years. He was among Naruto’s First Stat Book as 2 in Ninjutsu, 1 in genjutsu, 1.5 in taijutsu, one in intelligence, 4 in Stamina, and STR/SPEED. Naruto has to offer that he has Kurama and Uzumaki Chakra. So it is evident that Teen Naruto and Adult Naruto are entirely different stories.

Who Would Win A Battle As A Teenager – Naruto Or Boruto?

Naruto, as a teenager, was able to perform Kage levels skills with his abilities. The one tail takes down by him sniffing around the Orochimaru’s snake and making 2,000 copies of shadow when all was trying to master the Ninjutsu. However, Baruto was miles ahead compared to his skills. He is much better than the child Sasuke. When Sasuke performs right in the fight with Kakashi in the Bells Test, Baruto manages to defeat the Kakashi in the taijutsu.

At that time, he could force Kakashi to use a Genjutsu, while Baruto alone almost rang the bell. Furthermore, there was strategic Ninjutsu positioning of Baruto. He can incorporate the replicas of the shadow, lightning style, and wind style to make a fantastic combination of moves that are worth seeing.

Could Kakashi be able to take Baruto away at any point in the fight? Yes. Moreover, he can make Kakashi wrestle. These are some skills that child Sasuke never did. Baruto is far better than Naruto, as their skills are compared during their teenage period. But the output and power gap are excessive for Baruto to handle.

As Sasuke and Naruto can take back the statue, Sasuke gets taken, hostage. At the start, Sasuke insists on continuing the task. On the other hand, Naruto insists he remembers that Kakashi said that those who left their partners are more scum than friends. When they finally find the Sakura and bandits, their hands are chained together.

Furthermore, they both fight together, and soon they defeat the bandits and their commender, Jako. However, as their mission goes successfully, the statute gets damaged. Then Kakashi advised that it could be broken down and then rebuilt again. Naruto expresses that he is not happy with this suggestion, that his hands were getting stocks with the hands of Sasuke.

Sasuke explains that the statue may break and fall in 2 to 3 days. Sasuke gets shocked by the idea, but he waits for Naruto to react; it was fine that they peed already, so this surprised Sakura. At the same time, Kakashi satisfies that the two could realize the shinobi rule of not leaving a friend in the dust.

However, during the second episode of the series, Naruto and Sasuke kiss each other on the lips accidentally. In this scene, Sasuke tries to carry on the mission without Naruto, and Sakura states, “Shinobi who leave their friends are worse than scum.” It directly references Kakashi’s and Obito’s discussion about Rin in Kakashi Gaiden. Additionally, it is a similar phrase that Kakashi employs on Team 7 when they lose their Bell Test.
